The live animal export process includes important stages such as demand collection, obtaining necessary permits, ministry organization, animal selection, post-export follow-up, and feedback processes, which we offer with years of professional service experience.

What We Offer in Our Services
A price offer is sent, and an agreement is made.
The contract is signed between the exporting company, Master Samson, and the customer.
Necessary procedures are carried out to obtain permits from the ministry.
The most up-to-date Capacity Report format is sent to the customer, and they are asked to obtain this report from the relevant Provincial/District Agriculture Directorate.
A copy of the Capacity Report is sent to our company, and the necessary official documents are prepared and sent to the customer.
Other required documents related to the company are also provided to the customer.
All these documents and the original capacity report must be sent to our company by cargo.
The documents are arranged at our headquarters and submitted to the relevant authority for an export pre-approval application.
Once the pre-approval is granted, 30% of the total animal cost is transferred to the supplier company’s account.
Ministry officials, at least one representative from our company, and the customer participate in the official animal selection process. The selected animals are approved by the ministry officials.
Depending on the quarantine process, the shipment is planned within 6-8 weeks.
At least one week before shipment, the remaining payment (70%) must be transferred to the supplier company's account. This is necessary to ensure smooth transactions and avoid additional costs.
